They also affect our well-being. How we process, digest, and deal with emotions can manifest in different ways physically in our body.

It's a harder task right now. How do I find comfort in times of natural distress and commotion? I mean, quite literally the US is panicking. Case in point, I bought a 12 pack of Mac and Cheese just in case. The bigger question is what the heck is happening?

As much as I love traveling (just ask my husband!), it's always really nice to be back home. This time however was a SUPER fast trip inclusive of not enough sleep as I'm used to. The big question I always ask myself is--how do I bounce back from the exhaustion that can set in after a trip no matter how long or short the trip was.
