So, its cold and wet right now... quintessential kapha season. What happens on the outside, happens on the inside. So, maybe you're feeling a little wet and cold on the inside? Here's to the longest night of the year. Hello to the winter solstice. There are a million traditions around the world that symbolize the mark of the winter and the shortest day of the year. I'd like to share what this day means for me, and a few practices you can do over the next few days/weeks to harness this powerful energy.
Has it been a whole year? Maybe more? Who really knows (I mean, yes I realize all I have to do is check the last post, but here we are). Between life and work and a huge move across the country, I realized that the things that matter to me got lost. This is what happens when you get caught up in the day to day, and forget to take the moments in time to do things that feel really really good to you. So, let's rewind a bit.
