I've been playing around with the concept of grace a lot lately, and what this looks like. Really, the practical side of it, the tangible side of it. What does this really look like?

What does it mean to be nourished? I hear and read about this everywhere now-a-days. All the blogs these days are talking about self-care, what that entails, how to establish a self-care routine, why you should start, I mean everything.
I've been thinking about this a lot. This entire year so far, I've been playing around with this concept--how it relates to me, what that looks like in balance with the relationships in my life, what does "me-time" mean, how much time is too much time to spend alone. How does this tie in with my physical, mental, and spiritual health? I mean, literally the entire gamut. Hey there everyone! I’m here today to share with you guys the ultimate showdown: chapsticks. Now, if you’re like me, you have a chapstick at very key places. Me, there’s one in my nightstand, in my purse, in my bathroom, and one that I keep in my herb kit for travel. They never leave those places, and they get religiously replaced once they have been used up. (On a side note, there is a certain joy in finishing an entire tube of chapstick without losing it). Today, I wanted to share with you the last 3 chapsticks I’ve used and tell you which one has won my heart.
